These sessions are in the form of regular classes conducted for a pre-decided duration and are generic in nature. Besides these, sessions are also conducted concentrating on specific problem and working on individual specific issues. At times the sessions are customized keeping in mind the Work Culture of Industry Specific.
Yoga Science is one of the best, most preferred and result oriented tool followed for Stress Relief. It could be taken up ideally on pro-active basis else on reactive basis. In both situations it works magically well.
What is important in this regard that ‘Yoga’ is learnt and ideally practiced under an able teacher. One must understand about this science that it shows desired results only when performed;

- correct synchronization of mind and body
