Pratyancha provides consultancy on various Corporate Functions. Scope of the services is generally decided mutually as per business needs of the customer and accordingly the contract is devised. Such services are delivered on monthly retainership basis or assignment-to-assignment basis. Services may range from the formation of a company, seeking various legal clearances, framing various systems for smooth governance of the corporate, training people on systems, implementing systems, conducting audits, stay in relationship and provide consultancy on various strategic issues.
Continuous relationship will also include implementation of norms as required by respective laws, liaisoning with related department of Govt., representation in labour courts, and consultancy on legal issues of Factory and IR nature.
‘PRATYANCHA’ is currently involved with two of its customers into the areas of Corporate Governance and providing its advisory services on strategic affairs.
