Manisha Dalabh:
Manisha has recently
completed her research (Ph.D.) in
Educational Psychology and is an
expert in developing evaluation
tools for behavioral skills. Besides
that, she is a certified Yoga
Teacher. She is a student of
Yogaacharya (Dr.) Surakshit Goswami,
a renowned personality in Yog
Science, who heads Oneness Academy
under Times Foundation. Manisha has
completed her certification in
‘Yoga’ at Oneness Academy.
Besides conducting one-on-one
sessions, Manisha has
delivered her programs on ‘Yoga’ at
various customers of ‘PRATYANCHA’
including Bharat Petroleum
Corporations Ltd., HCL Technologies
Ltd. (Noida), Parle Biscuits Pvt.
Ltd. (Neemrana, Rajasthan & Rudrapur,
Uttaranchal) and Progressive
Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (Noida).
In our programs, Manisha’s role
remains towards conducting sessions
on ‘Yoga’ and carrying out pre &
post training analysis.
Psychoanalytical tools developed by
Manisha have already
been effectively implemented in
organizations like Bharat Petroleum
Corporation Ltd. and Progressive
Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
Salil Aeran:
Salil heads the
corporate affairs consultancy
functions of ‘Pratyancha’. He is a
Chartered Accountant with a proven
track record of providing
consultancy in these areas of more
than 16 years. He remains
instrumental at various areas of
strategic consultancy nature.
Arjun Purohit:
Entire legal matters of IR nature of
‘Pratyancha’ are looked after by
Arjun Purohit He is a Law
Graduate and is also a practicing
lawyer in Labour Court. Arjun
holds a successful track record of
Providing IR consultancy for past
about 15 years.
Bharti Garg:
Bharti looks after the
internal corporate management of
‘PRATYANCHA’ and heads the
recruitment functions. She is an
economics post graduate and has
little more than 10 years of
experience of handling general
corporate affairs & recruitment.
