Identification of Training Needs & Pre-Training Evaluation
(Phase-I & II) is done with the help of following techniques:
1. Psychometric Tools
2. One - on - One Chat (Interviewing Technique)
Psychometric tools are administered under supervision of our psychologist in a specified time frame and One-on-One is a technique of having informal chat.
Phase – III : that is Developing & Delivering the Training Module, is the stage where trainer develops & delivers the training module customized as per the need of the participants. Needless to mention here that involving a trainer/consultant from the stage of Phase-I, shall always provide the organization an advantageous edge as the training module can be absolutely in line with the requirement without leaving any room for communication barriers.
Phase – IV : Post Training Evaluation is conducted in two steps.
Step I: Feedback (to be collected from the participants on a pre-decided format immediately after the program)
Step II: This involves pre-designed psychometric tools to be administered minimum 4 weeks or max. 10-12 weeks after the program. We provide the tool and the guidelines for administering it to our customer and then collect it back for evaluation. We evaluate and submit our pre & post evaluation report to the customer with necessary consultation if needed.
With ever changing environment, it is strong need of the hour to keep honing one’s skills and avoid turning obsolete. Thus development is said to be a continuous process and not an activity, which can be claimed to have been conducted.
